At the refinance stage, Blue Moon Capital works with you and your lender to facilitate the closing as well as coordinating the documents from the lender to the title company and ultimately to the notary that will meet you to sign your permanent loan package. Our team will also coordinate the necessary fees you will need to pay at the time of the permanent financing that could include property tax and insurance escrows as may be required by your financial institution.
