Managed and Facilitated Property Rehabilitation

After Blue Moon Capital purchases the property, we begin a full property rehabilitation based on the Scope of Work delivered by our asset manager. We provide you with 24/7 construction management and pay for all rehabilitation costs up-front on your behalf.

 

 
 

 

We work with only licensed and insured general contractors and we do everything by the book. We know that you do not have the time to assemble the right team to manage and implement your work force, so we do that for you. We manage every aspect of the construction process so that you know you are getting quality work and a quality price.


 

Our rehabs are quite extensive. In most cases we replace and repair all systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and windows. In addition, we always update and/or replace the kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. We follow the guidelines of the initial inspection report to make sure that we are not missing a thing and order a post-rehabilitation punch out inspection to value check the labors of our contractors.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

During the construction process, Blue Moon Capital will provide you with updates and status reports on your rehab. We will also provide up to date pictures of the renovation process and you can even speak with our managers and general contractors to gage the progress yourself. Although Blue Moon will manage and facilitate the process for you, we want you to participate and appreciate the experience of turning a distressed property into a rehabilitated investment home.
